Brian Barrett

Brian Barrett is an associate attorney with McMickle, Kurey & Branch, LLP. He devotes his practice to litigation, including commercial motor carrier defense, premises liability, auto and personal injury defense, and insurance coverage.

Brian received his J.D., cum laude, from the Mercer University School of Law. Brian received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, where he majored in political science and served as a Justice in the University Judiciary Program. Brian also studied at Oxford University in England for a semester.

Prior to joining McMickle, Kurey & Branch, Brian worked in-house as a legal intern at Americold. He also interned at the Superior Court of Henry County and has experience handling auto and premises liability cases.

Brian is originally from Ball Ground, Georgia. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, spending time with family and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
