Simon Daniel
Simon Daniel is an associate with McMickle, Kurey & Branch, LLP. His practice focuses on civil litigation, including commercial motor carrier defense, business litigation, premises liability, auto and personal injury defense, employment and labor law, and insurance coverage.
Simon received his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2024, where he distinguished himself by earning the Dean Suzanne Reynolds Award for achieving the highest grades in Appellate Advocacy and Labor Law. During law school, Simon was an active member of the National Trial Team and the Wake Forest Trial Bar. He received his undergraduate degree, with honors, in Humanities from York University in Toronto, Ontario.
Prior to joining the firm, Simon served as a legal extern at Manning Curtis Bradshaw & Bednar in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he gained valuable experience drafting comprehensive memoranda on employment litigation and regulatory issues.
Simon is originally from Toronto, Canada. Naturally, he is an active member of the Atlanta Amateur Hockey League, spending his free time either on the ice or cheering on his beloved Toronto Maple Leafs.
