Paschal Glavinos
Paschal Glavinos is a partner with McMickle, Kurey & Branch, LLP. He devotes his practice to tort litigation, with a focus on high-loss motor carrier defense, premises liability and negligent security matters. He has litigated cases in numerous Georgia state courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia, as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Paschal has also successfully prosecuted a variety of tort claims on behalf of plaintiffs ranging from serious injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident to defamation against a sheriff’s department. Paschal’s broad experience allows him to develop case-specific strategies which provide aggressive and cost-efficient representation to fit each client’s specific goals.
Paschal received his undergraduate degree from Union College in Barbourville, Kentucky, where he was a four-year collegiate swimmer and seven-time CSCAA All-American. He received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2017. While in law school, Paschal worked for a personal injury law firm and Panasonic North America’s legal department. Upon graduation from law school, Paschal received a fellowship award placement with the Chatham County District Attorney’s Office where he investigated and prosecuted misdemeanor crimes under the Third-Year Practice Act while he awaited his bar examination results. Prior to joining McMickle, Kurey, & Branch, Paschal worked for an Alpharetta law firm where he handled a variety of civil litigation and transactional matters on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants.
Paschal continues to swim competitively with US Masters Swimming and enjoys cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats and Atlanta Braves. He and his wife, Ashley, live in Canton with their daughter, Lilly, as well as their dog, Tito, and attend North Point Community Church.
