Paschal Glavinos
Paschal Glavinos is a partner with McMickle, Kurey & Branch, LLP. He devotes his practice to tort litigation, with a focus on high-loss motor carrier defense, premises liability and negligent security matters. He has litigated cases in numerous Georgia state courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia, as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and Georgia Court of Appeals. Paschal also serves as outside counsel for internationally known restaurant chains and one of the largest owners of single-family homes in the United States
Paschal has also successfully prosecuted a variety of tort claims on behalf of plaintiffs ranging from serious injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident to defamation against a sheriff’s department. Paschal’s broad experience allows him to develop case-specific strategies which provide aggressive and cost-efficient representation to fit each client’s specific goals.
Paschal received his undergraduate degree from Union Commonwealth University in Barbourville, Kentucky, where he was a four-year collegiate swimmer, seven-time CSCAA All-American, and President of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. In 2025, Paschal was one of the first ten alumni selected in Union’s inaugural “50 Under 50” Alumni Recognition Program for his commitment to the spirit of Union Commonwealth University – leadership, service, innovation, and commitment to his career and community. Paschal received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2017.
Paschal continues to swim competitively with US Masters Swimming and enjoys cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats and Atlanta Braves. He and his wife, Ashley, live in Canton with their daughter, Lilly, as well as their dog, Tito, and attend Revolution Church in Canton.
