Leigh Miller

Leigh Miller is an associate with McMickle, Kurey & Branch, LLP. She received her Juris Doctor from the Emory University School of Law in 2006, where she was an editor for the International Law Review, and interned with the Honorable Administrative Law Judge Allison Smith-Lynn of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Leigh received her B.A. in Art History, cum laude, from the University of Georgia, where she was a member of the Redcoat Marching Band.

Leigh began her legal career litigating at a boutique law firm in midtown Atlanta, where she represented both small and large corporate clients in a variety of matters. She focuses her current practice on civil litigation, including commercial motor carrier defense, premises liability, products liability, auto and personal injury defense, and representing insurers in complex coverage matters.

Leigh is a Georgia native, and lives with her husband and their three children in Roswell. She enjoys tennis and reading, along with spending time with family, friends, and pets.
