Derron Bowles is an associate with McMickle, Kurey & Branch, LLP. He focuses his practice on civil litigation, specializing in commercial motor carrier defense, premises liability, and personal injury defense. He is admitted to practice law in the states of Georgia and Texas.
Derron was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He earned his Bachelor of Administration from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill in 2013 and his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2017.
Prior to joining McMickle, Kurey & Branch, Derron defended Fortune 500 companies, health care providers, municipalities, transit authorities and insurance companies in a broad range of high exposure and complex disputes relating to complex premises liability, personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, commercial litigation, labor and employment, and civil rights actions.
Outside of the office, Derron can be found DJing, cooking, traveling, and cheering on his favorite Atlanta sports teams or his beloved Tar Heels.
